Our CEO & Founder

Kristina Nergård

Premium Properties Marbella was founded by Kristina Nergård, a Norwegian real estate professional with more than 10 years expertise in both private clients and investor transactions in Costa del Sol in Spain.

My specialty is new developments and high-end luxury properties along Costa del Sol, and I have experience of selling both to private customers and investors.

Customer satisfaction is my priority, and I focus on giving a bespoke service. I work with a few clients at the same time, giving a personalized and unparalleled treatment. My mission is to find the best suited property tailored to your wants and needs, by providing you informed and honest advice. I will lead you through the whole buying process, making is as hassle-free as possible. I always act in your best interest, being honest and trustworthy, and my aim is to build and maintain a solid long-term relationship. Once a client, always a client. I also offer after sales services, like follow-ups in case you buy new promotions, decoration, rentals and property checks.

I have a master in business administration (MBA) from Instituto de Empresa, ranked as one of the best MBA program in the world. I work with international clients and speak English, Spanish and all the Scandinavian languages. After years working in the real estate business in Costa del Sol, with local knowledge, speaking the local languages, and doing rentals, I have lots of knowledge what is important when you buy or sell a property.”
